Week 12 - Black Mirror

Black mirror (Season 3, Episode 4 San Junipero)

Tristam has mentioned this on Friday for me to watch as the concept is pretty similar if not almost the same to my project.


In the future what could also happen with Infinite is something that the TV Series Black Mirror has been talking about in the ‘San Junipero’ episode. The way I designed Infinite was to celebrate and remember a person through a virtual space, with digital assets embedded into the objects. San Junipero takes this a step further, where you enter the space and ‘relive’ the memories you have with a person as if they're real life. The characters are at old age, but in the space their are young and reliving their memories. But because I did not include 3D avatars into Infinite, my project would be a still a different take on what the episode is showing.
